There’s a difference between staying alive and actually living. That gap is where I work.
Health detective. Nutrition counsellor. I follow the clues your body is leaving to figure out why you stopped feeling alive.
What Would It Feel Like to Actually Feel Good?
Not better-than-last-month good. Actually, genuinely, wake-up-and-mean-it good. That’s what we’re working toward — and it starts with figuring out what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Got Questions? Good.
Curiosity is kind of my thing. Here are the ones I get asked most often.
General Questions
What even is nutrition counselling — and how is it different from seeing a dietitian or health coach?
Good question, and honestly the lines can get blurry. As a credentialed nutrition counsellor, I’m trained in the science of how food affects your body — but I also work with the bigger picture of how you live, what you’re carrying, and what’s getting in the way of feeling well. It’s more personal than a clinical consultation and more rigorous than general wellness coaching. The short version: I have the knowledge to dig into what’s really happening, and the time to actually sit with you while we figure it out.
Is this just about food?
Not really — though food is always part of it. The way I work, we look at nutrition alongside sleep, stress, movement, energy, and the stuff underneath all of that: what you’re working toward, what’s feeling stuck, what might be blocking you from feeling alive in your own life. Your body doesn’t exist in isolation, and I don’t treat it like it does.
I've tried a lot of things and nothing has worked. Why would this be different?
Because we start by actually figuring out why nothing worked. That’s not a rhetorical device — it’s literally where we begin. Most programs assume they know what’s wrong and hand you a solution. I’d rather investigate first. What your body needs, what your life makes possible, what’s been quietly getting in the way — that’s the conversation we haven’t had yet.
Do I need to be in a crisis to work with you, or is this for people who just want to feel better?
Both. Some clients come to me exhausted and at the end of their rope. Others are doing okay but know they could feel a lot better than they do, and they’re finally making it a priority. You don’t need to be suffering to deserve support. You just need to be ready to get curious.
Who do you typically work with?
Mostly professional women in their 40s and 50s — often navigating perimenopause or menopause, often in a period of transition (a career shift, an empty nest, a loss, a life that’s asking to be redesigned). Women who are smart and capable and a little tired of being told to just eat more vegetables. If that sounds like you, you’re probably in the right place.
Questions About the Services
Where do I start if I'm not sure which service is right for me?
The free Blueprint Discovery Session — every time. It’s 45 minutes to talk through what’s going on, ask questions, and figure out together what kind of support actually makes sense for where you are. There’s no pressure and no pitch. If we’re not a good fit, I’ll tell you that too.
What's the difference between the Wellness Blueprint Intensive and the longer programs?
The Intensive is one focused 90-minute session — it’s for people who want real clarity and a personalized starting point but aren’t ready to commit to ongoing work. The longer programs (Life by Design and Metabolic Blueprint) are for people who want to go deeper over time, with support to actually put things into practice as life happens. Think of the Intensive as a thorough map, and the longer programs as having a guide with you while you walk it.
What's the difference between the Life by Design Transformation and the Metabolic Blueprint Program?
The Metabolic Blueprint Program is anchored in data — we start with comprehensive bloodwork covering 36 parameters, and your nutrition roadmap is built directly from what we find. It’s precise, personalized, and especially powerful if you suspect something metabolic is going on that hasn’t shown up in standard testing. The Life by Design Transformation is less about data and more about the whole picture — your health alongside your purpose, your energy, and what’s actually blocking your aliveness. Some clients do one, some do both at different stages. If you’re not sure, the free session is the place to work that out.
Can I do the Wellness Blueprint Intensive before committing to a longer program?
Absolutely — and a lot of people do exactly that. It gives you a sense of how I work and a real foundation to build from if you decide to continue. That said, the longer programs include their own comprehensive starting exploration, so you won’t be missing anything if you jump straight in.
Do you work with clients outside of Canada?
Yes — sessions are available by video call or phone, so location generally isn’t a barrier. I work with clients across North America and Europe. If you’re somewhere else entirely, let’s have a conversation and figure out if the timing works.
CREDENTIALS & APPROACH
What are your qualifications?
I’m a credentialed nutrition counsellor with professional association memberships. My training covers the science of nutrition and how it intersects with health, hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle. I also bring a lot of ongoing learning to this work — workshops, courses, the latest research — because the field moves fast and I move with it. If you want to know the specifics of my credentials, I’m happy to share — just ask.
Are you a doctor? Can you diagnose or prescribe?
I’m not a physician, and I don’t diagnose or prescribe. What I do is work alongside your medical care — filling in the gaps that appointments often don’t have time for, and helping you understand and respond to what your body is telling you. A lot of clients find that this kind of work complements their medical care really well. If something comes up that I think needs a doctor’s attention, I’ll say so.
What's your philosophy on food and health?
Curiosity over rules. Your body is giving you information all the time — symptoms, energy levels, the way you feel after meals, the way you sleep. I’m interested in reading those signals and responding to them, not handing you a plan built around someone else’s idea of what ‘healthy’ looks like. I also believe that health is deeply connected to meaning — that before your body can fully shift, you need to feel like there’s something worth living for. That belief shapes everything I do.
Do you push specific diets or eating philosophies?
No. I’m not attached to any particular protocol — keto, plant-based, intermittent fasting, none of it. What I’m attached to is figuring out what actually works for you, in your body, in your life, at this stage. Sometimes that looks conventional. Sometimes it doesn’t. We follow the evidence, and we follow you.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
How do sessions work — are they in person or online?
Most sessions take place by video call (Zoom) or phone, which means we can work together regardless of where you are. If you’re local to me, in-person sessions may be available — just ask when we chat.
How do I book?
Start with the free Blueprint Discovery Session — you can book directly through the calendar on this page. For paid services, we’ll sort out the details together after that first conversation.
What are the payment options?
I accept payment by credit or debit card, PayPal, and e-transfer. For the three-month programs, payment plans are available — we can work out what makes sense for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Sessions aren’t refundable, but life happens — and I get that. If you need to reschedule, just give me as much notice as you can and we’ll find another time. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
What do I need to do before my first session?
I’ll send you a short intake form before we meet. It helps me come prepared so we can spend our time together actually talking, not gathering basics. It takes about 10-15 minutes and you can fill it in whenever it suits you. Beyond that — nothing. Just show up as you are.
Still have a question?
The best place to ask is the free Blueprint Discovery Session. Or if it’s a quick one, just send me a message — I’m happy to help.
